WELCOME

We are a local, independent residential letting and property management agency based in North Somerset. Although we work hand in hand with our colleagues in residential sales, we dont become involved with this side of the business - our main focus is the letting and management of property and nothing else. This means that if you are a landlord we are able to focus 100% on the letting and management of property and if you are a tenant, we are not distracted from the important job of finding you a new home.

Our area of operation is mainly North Somerset/South Bristol, and we offer what we consider is probably the best service available in the area.
However, don't take our word for this, why don't you contact us to find out a little more. We have prime site locations in both Portishead, High Street and Nailsea, High Street, and this website is updated very regularly.

We are also members of BALMA (The Bristol Association of Letting and Management) and The Guild of Letting and Management and as such adhere to their strict code of conduct and practice. We are also the only letting agency in North Somerset with access to the services of The Homesale Network - one of the largest relocation companies in the country. We also actively market our properties via Heritage Estage Agents, thus giving you what is probably the largest coverage of any letting agent in the area

So, whether you are a landlord looking for an agent, or a tenant looking for a new home, why don't you have a browse through this site, or call one of our offices.  We'll look  forward to hearing from you soon.
